It’s not mandatory. However, we suggest you do sign-up with us in-order for us to keep you updated of the latest from anukritii.

Q: How can I modify / cancel my order?

Q: How do I exchange an item?
A:
We do not have a facility for exchange. However, in case you wish to exchange your item, kindly return the order in adherence to our return policy and order the item of your choice from www.anukritii.com

Q: How do I receive a refund for my returns?

In case of returns, we issue credit note equal to the invoice value (less courier charges), which can be redeemed at www.anukritii.com

Q: What currency will my order be billed in?
A:
All orders will be billed in INR.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A:
For domestic orders we accept, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Cash Cards For International orders we only accept Credit Cards.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card online at anukritii
A:
Our website is linked to the EBS Payment Gateway . Please review our Privacy Policy for further details.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A:
You will receive an email as soon as your payment through your credit card is processed.

Q: How is my order shipped?
A:
For all domestic orders, if your area is covered by our preferred Courier Partner, we send the shipment by our Courier Partner. If the area pin code is not covered by them, then we use National Postal Service (Speed Post) to have your order shipped to you.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
A:
Please contact Customer care for the same in case the item has not been dispatched we will try and accommodate all requests.

Q: Will I be charged for country charges in case of international shipping?
A:
Yes, the country charges will be payable by the customer to the courier company, directly.

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A:
Domestically no shipping charges will apply to our customers. However for international orders, it will vary on your location, weight of the shipments and size of the shipment. We will let you know at the time of placing the order as to what will be the shipping charges associated to the parcel.

Q: Can my order ship to a Post Office Box?
A:
We do not ship to PO boxes.

Q: Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
A:
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to make different shipping address.

Q: Do you ship back orders domestically?
A:
Kindly contact customer service in case you would like your order to be shipped back.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A:
We ship to all countries across the globe, unless regulatory restrictions are imposed by the said country. However any country charges and freight will have to be borne by the customer.

Q: Do you offer to expedite the shipping?
A:
Not at the moment but in case you need to expedite the shipping, please contact our customer care at 91-9999595303 and we will address your request suitably.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A:
For orders shipped by our courier partner you will receive the order within 3 to 5 business days from the time of placing the order. For pin codes not served by our courier partner, the delivery may take 12 to 15 business days. For international deliveries we will inform you via email as to the time of delivery depending on your geographical location.

Q: Will I be charged extra for any state taxes in case of domestic shipping?
A:
All taxes for domestic customers (India) will be borne by us and you will not need to pay anything extra at the time of delivery.

Q: How will I know if you have received my order?
A:
During the payment process, you will be given a confirmation that your payment has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email from anukritii.

Q: How do I check my order status?
A:
You can view your order status at any time once you have placed your order, through Track Your Order page after logging in to your anukritii account on www.anukritii.com

Q: How do I remove my name from your email list?
